WFR is a global leader in the manufacture and sale of wafers and related intermediate products to the semiconductor and solar industries. With the recent acquisition of SunEdison, WFR is also a developer of solar power projects and North America’s largest solar energy services provider.

WFR entered into a new revolving credit facility. The new $250 million agreement, which has a term of three years, replaces WFR’s pre-existing $200 million revolving credit agreement that was scheduled to expire in June 2010. The new facility contains an accordion feature, allowing WFR to request an increase in the size of the facility, up to an aggregate of $400 million, upon terms to be agreed upon by the parties.

BPZ is an oil and gas exploration and production company which has exclusive license contracts for oil and gas exploration and production covering approximately 2.2 million acres in four properties in northwest Peru.

BPZ reported the Peru Government’s agency responsible for promoting and supervising hydrocarbon license contracts, has approved the Company’s proposed First Date of Commercial Production as set forth in the current Field Development Plan for its Corvina field in Block Z-1 in Northwest Peru.

The Field Development Plan sets May 31, 2010 as the date to transition from exploration to commercial production in the Corvina field.

**The transition to commercial production is important as it allows BPZ to start depreciating, for tax purposes, past and future Block Z-1 investments.
