Amplification Technologies, Inc. ATI’s scientists have invented an extremely sensitive semiconductor photo detector technology that they believe has significant performance and cost advantages over tradition methods of low level light detection. They’ve also developed world class, leading infrared high gain solid state photomultiplier devices capable of detecting NIR wavelengths of 1000-1700 nm. The devices have generated considerable interest in a number of government entities. ATI anticipates completing a run of commercial quality silicon devices in 2010 that have to potential to be market leaders.
