Due to a technical error the status of ‘HZHI’ and many other companies on the OTC-PinkSheets Website was downgraded to ‘Stop - No Information’ a mistake on the PinkSheet Website outside of our control.
The Company has filed its Quartely Report on November 09 well ahead of the deadline of November 15, 2009 and no deficiences were reported by the PinkSheets.
THE COMPANY WAS and IS CURRENT IN ITS REPORTING AND FILING AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE OTC-PINKSHEETS.
Further to our conversation with the Issuers Service at the PinkSheets we were assured that ‘HZHI’ will be quoted within the hour correctly as ‘CURRENT INFORMATION’.
