Once effective, the refinancing will significantly reduce NCS’s debt and provide substantial flexibility in the current economic downturn as well as the resources to support future growth.

Recently, SNWT has entered into a partnership with San Diego SportCycles (which grossed an estimated $700,000 in 2008) and with CountyImports.com (one of the largest online retailers in the off-road recreation sports market, which grossed an estimated $3.2 million in revenue for 2008)
